VAARA Exterior cladding panel with face fixing
VAARA exterior cladding panel with face fixing is available in several different profiles and dimensions to choose from. Depending on profile, both vertical and horizontal installation is possible. For exterior claddings we only use high-quality spruce as raw material, which guarantees a long lasting end result.
You can speed up the painting process on site with industrial coating. Intermediate coating is especially practical for panels with face fixing, as the final painting treatment on site covers the visible nails at the same time. All other treatments are available as well.
Available also with end joint on request.

Treatments

Fully finished coat
Fully finished coat includes three industrial treatments and therefore provides full protection also against UV radiation and humidity. For professionals it is an easy choice because no further treatment is required on site, except the coverage of nails. Fully finished coating is an especially attractive option with our cladding panels with concealed fixing as you don’t even need to cover the nails but the facade is ready immediately after installation. Installing the cladding panels has never been smoother and faster.

Intermediate coat
Välimaalattu ulkoverhouslauta on käsitelty kahteen kertaan. Ensimmäiseksi puuvalmiin tuotteen pintaan tehdään yksi pohjamaalauskerros ja sen päälle vielä yksi pintamaalauskerros kolmelle näkyvälle pinnalle maalitoimittajan ohjeiden mukaisesti. Välimaali antaa puulle suojaa auringonvalolta sekä kosteudelta, mutta se tulisi maalata vielä kertaalleen asentamisen jälkeen.

Prime coat
Industrial priming on three visible surfaces provides temporary protection for your cladding. Priming does not include adequate long term protection against UV radiation nor humidity, therefore the cladding should be treated 2-3 times within next six months on site.

Fire protection
Puun palonsuojakäsittelyllä taataan puutuotteen palonkesto, jonka avulla sitä voidaan käyttää muun muassa julkisten ja muiden korkeiden rakennusten materiaalina. Käsittely suositellaan tehtävän teollisesti, jotta voidaan varmistua kaikkien paloturvallisuusmääräysten täyttymisestä. Vaaran Palosuojattu ulkoverhouslauta täyttää rakennustarvikkeiden paloluokan B-s1, d0.
